Beach Villas : Beach Villas feature King-size beds, oversized bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and a 26m² veranda offering a versatile exterior living space.

Beach Villas with pool : On a covered 26m² veranda, an ocean-facing dining area and daybed await, and a private 23m² pool is exclusively for villa use.

Duplex Beach Villas : Ideal for families, Duplex Beach Villas consist of two Beach Villas, five meters apart, joined by an external walkway. An expanse of private shoreline stretches directly onto the white sands and inviting waters of the beach.

Duplex Beach Villas with pool : Screened by abundant greenery, these duplexes offer as much, or as little privacy as required. Each has an outdoor shower and veranda, and the 23m² pool is shared.

Water Villas : Connected to the island by walkways, these villas on stilts perch right over the lagoon. The same size interior as the Beach Villas, each has a 40m² covered veranda and a split-level 31m² deck. Netting suspended like hammocks from its edges are perfect for breezy sunbathing.

Grand Beach Villas : Hidden in lush foliage, these villas have a private stretch of beach, a 50m² pool, shaded verandas equipped for alfresco dining, and a canopied daybed. Inside, one or two spacious bedrooms and a sitting area look straight out to sea, and a large stone soaking bath is designed for two.

Grand Water Villas with pool : 33m² of covered decking skirt these superior villas on stilts, ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining. Another 51m² accommodate sun bed platforms and an open air pool measuring 20m². Wrapped around the villa are over-water hammocks keeping dedicated sun worshippers cool

Spa & fitness : Redefining the concept of the destination spa, the spa is a tranquil island retreat... a place where tension dissolves with the gentle ebb and flow of the Indian Ocean. Here, well-being consultations are on offer for guests seeking holistic, individualized programmes combining fitness, nutrition, beauty and rejuvenating treatments.

Boutique : Alongside a good range of everyday items and books, is an array of craftwork and souvenirs. And for real retail therapy, the boutique carries the very latest in designer swimwear, beachwear and chic island apparel.

Kids' and teens' facilities : Kids Only clubhouse is run by a dedicated team of fully-certified counselors. Two-to-eleven-year-olds enjoy their own pool and dining area, evening shows and all sorts of sporting activities. Two- and three-year-olds are welcome to join in with a parent or babysitter, and baby-sitting services are available for a fee. Designated staff helps twelve- to seventeen-year-olds make new friends from all over the world, and organizes a wide range of sporting events, nature treks, adventure programmes and local excursions.

Reethi Restaurant : A temple of exquisite dining, the dramatic design of Reethi Restaurant frames the natural beauty all around and the stunning cuisine, impeccable service and low-key ambience within. An eclectic menu fuses flavors from Asia Pacific and the Mediterranean into a light, contemporary cuisine. Floor-to-ceiling glass screens reveal the ‘open-concept' show kitchen, and a walk-in wine room with an extensive collection doubles as a private dining room for special events. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Tapasake : Compared to two of London's top Japanese restaurants, this over-water venue combines incredible sunset views with contemporary Japanese cuisine. For the purist, deliveries from Tokyo and Osaka coupled with the chef's hand-picked ingredients ensure sushi and sashimi meet the highest standards. Tapasake's menu features superb fish and seafood, fresh from the Indian Ocean, transformed into modern Japanese cuisine with a twist. In addition to a selection of premium Sakes, the wine list concentrates on the world's best Rieslings, currently taking wine critics by storm. Serving dinner only.

Fanditha : Hidden on the northern tip of the island is the sensual, Arabesque Fanditha. This exotic, boho-chic beachside spot serves a Middle Eastern influenced menu of mezzehs, char grills and salads - accompanied by the finest selection of chilled rosés and champagnes. At the lounge area, guests may laze on divan-style bolsters and Arabic carpets, on bamboo loungers or in woven hammocks. On selected evenings, there are late-night parties under the stars, creating a chill-out ambiance amidst chandeliers dangling from trees. Open for sunset cocktails and dinner only.

Rah Bar : Swimmers and sunbathers needn't move far from the main pool to partake in the amazing menu at the adjacent Rah Bar. An all day menu of healthy salads, wraps and snacks also offers low-fat smoothies made with exotic fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of waters and a fresh juice station. With the fall of evening, Rah Bar is transformed into a vibrant cocktail bar with live music, cool martinis, tropical cocktails, sparkling champagne and a fine collection of vintage rums from the Indian Ocean and Caribbean islands.

Villa Dining : An extensive villa dining menu is available 24 hours a day, and includes such treats as personal beach barbecues. A team of Villa Chefs is on call to create exquisite menus for dining in privacy.


Land Sports : The resort is always buzzing with the energy of island life, and there are dozens of activities to choose from every day. Excitement is just beyond the doorstep of each villa with beach volleyball, football, Pétanque and croquet. Bicycling and jogging are great ways to explore the island's 44 hectares.

Water Sports : Acclaimed for its rare underwater beauty and Technicolor coral reefs, the Maldives is home to some of the world's best snorkeling and dive sites... many guests visit simply to explore the amazing tropical wonders of the Indian Ocean. Day-trips off the island include traditional handline fishing aboard a Maldivian dhoni, luxury atoll cruising in One&Only's 55-foot yacht (with snorkeling stops and some unique surprise refreshments breaks), private island picnics on the perfectly secluded ‘Robinson Crusoe' sandbank, epicurean cruising with champagne and caviar, seaplane flights or big game fishing - catch yellow fin tuna, wahoo, and marlin. From big game fishing charters to luxury yacht cruises through the islands, the Maldives is a water-lover's paradise. The dhoni is the traditional sailing vessel of the Maldives, and the resort offers a variety of authentic excursions ideal for couples, groups of friends, and families.

Tennis : The renowned Peter Bur wash International Tennis Academy challenges players with professional coaching offered on two floodlit synthetic grass courts atop a sand surface. Individual and group instruction, following the Peter Bur wash method, is available for a fee. Coaches are also available as playing partners, and are happy to arrange social play.
